Observation from the Mill Street neighborhood in Camden, still without power three days after the snow storm:

A guy just walked up the street, on the other side of the giant snowbanks out front, with hip waders on, carrying a fly rod. I guess that’s the kind of thing that happens when the power’s out and you get an unexpected day off.
